Heat Exchanger Tubes:
REMI is fully equipped to manufacture Welded Heat Exchanger Tubes up to 36 mm OD on continuous Tube Mill with Ultra Sonic Strip Cleaning, Tri cathode Automatic laser guided Welding, on line BRIGHT Annealing, on line Eddy current Testing, auto defect marking, on line OD checking and pre determined length cutting. All operations are completed online and only Hydro Test and Marking on tubes is performed off line. Tubes are manufactured with almost no manual handling.

U Bending Facilities:
REMI is fully equipped with modern – automatic Tube Benders and is supplying U Tubes to all leading Heat Exchanger manufacturers under IBR and third party Inspection agencies.

Facilities for Fabricating Pipes:
REMI is first to approved manufacture for Fabricated Pipes under ASTM A 358 Grade CL-1. Welding is performed by Automatic Plasma Welding Machines – Internally and Externally. REMI is fully equipped with Sub Merged Arc welding – automatic and TIG welding.
REMI is manufacturing Pipes as per ASTM 312 and ASTM 358 standards up to a thickness of 33 mm in single span of 6000 mm.REMI has plans to make pipes up to 50 mm thick.

Seamless Tubes and Pipes:
REMI is first to install PILGERS for pipes up to 114 mm OD.
REMI can meet all requirements of Seamless tubes by Pilgering Tubes directly from mother tubes in finished sizes.
REMI has plans to further enhance the capacity by installing more Pilgers in near future to meet the early delivery requirements of customers for Heat Exchanger Tubes.

Forming of Pipes:
In addition to Tube Mills with on line facilities, REMI has Forming Mills and are forming Finished Pipes up to 219 mm OD straight from the strips. REMI has capacity to meet all requirements of the welded Pipes and Tubes.

Drawing Facility:
REMI has varied facilities of drawing Tubes and Pipes up to 20 meters – developed length for U Tubes.
